Refund policy

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

To initiate a return, please email shorepointsstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the mailing address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that digital chart downloads are non-refundable.
